Educators and Learners’ Welfare Organization (ELWO) is registered with the government of Punjab, Pakistan. Dr. Prof. Mahmood Ali Anjum is the president and founder of the ELWO, and the other two NGOs Bazm_e_Ilm_o_Irfan (BII) and Bazm_e_Faqar_e_Iqbal, International (BFII) working under the umbrella of the Educators and Learners’ Welfare Organization.
The main objectives of ELWO are as follows:
To enhance educators’ and learners’ teaching and learning skills.
To increase literacy and skill levels at national and international levels.
To introduce comprehensive learning programs for the subjective well-being of the people.
To help people learn the subjects of Islamic Studies, Iqbal Studies, Islamic Spiritualism, Islamic Psychology, Psychology, Parapsychology, Mind Sciences, Spiritual Sciences, Islamic Mysticism, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence.
To offer free online courses for subjective well-being (spiritual, psychological, physiological, and social well-being).
To give formal, informal, non-formal, online education, coaching, and guidance to students of Secondary, Intermediate, Graduate, and Post-graduate levels.
To help students complete their college and university-level education through an online learning portal.
To encourage talented teachers and learners, awarding them for their outstanding achievements and services.
To provide free-of-cost research material and books to concerned teachers and students.
To promote research in the above-mentioned subjects through a journal approved by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

As mentioned in the objectives of our NGO (ELWO), our goal is to improve the teaching and learning skills of both educators and students. We aim to raise literacy and skill levels at both national and international levels. To support overall well-being, we plan to introduce learning programs focusing on personal and academic growth. We intend to offer education in various subjects, including Islamic Studies, Psychology, Spiritual Sciences, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence. Free online courses will help people improve their spiritual, psychological, physical, and social well-being. We will provide different types of education for students from secondary to postgraduate levels, including formal, informal, non-formal, and online learning. Our online portal will help students complete their college and university education. We have started working to achieve our objectives. For this purpose, we organized a prize distribution function, “Allama Iqbal Qoumi Award” in November 2024. On this occasion, we awarded medals, shields, certificates, and books to the literary persons in our country. The next ceremony will be conducted in November of 2025. We provide free research materials and books to support teachers and students. Additionally, we intend to promote research in these subjects through a journal approved by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. For this purpose, our team is working hard. We are designing free online courses to help people get subjective well-being. For this purpose, we introduced the first batch of a one-month online free course, “Psychological Well-being and Meditation,” in December 2024. More than one hundred students were admitted, and after education and training, they reported positive changes in their cognition and behaviors. This course is continuing. Now, its third batch is going on.
