Educators and Learners’ Welfare Organization (ELWO) is registered with the government of Punjab, Pakistan. Dr. Prof. Mahmood Ali Anjum is the president and founder of the ELWO, and the other two NGOs Bazm_e_Ilm_o_Irfan (BII) and Bazm_e_Faqar_e_Iqbal, International (BFII) working under the umbrella of the Educators and Learners’ Welfare Organization.

The main objectives of ELWO are as follows:

To enhance educators’ and learners’ teaching and learning skills.
To increase literacy and skill levels at national and international levels.
To introduce comprehensive learning programs for the subjective well-being of the people.
To help people learn the subjects of Islamic Studies, Iqbal Studies, Islamic Spiritualism, Islamic Psychology, Psychology, Parapsychology, Mind Sciences, Spiritual Sciences, Islamic Mysticism, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence.
To offer free online courses for subjective well-being (spiritual, psychological, physiological, and social well-being).
To give formal, informal, non-formal, online education, coaching, and guidance to students of Secondary, Intermediate, Graduate, and Post-graduate levels.
To encourage talented teachers and learners, awarding them for their outstanding achievements and services.
To provide free-of-cost research material and books to concerned teachers and students.
To promote research in the above-mentioned subjects through a journal approved by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
